(Bi0.5L0.5)(Fe0.7Co0.3)O3 (L = La, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy) thin films with ferromagnetism and ferroelectricity were fabricated using pulsed DC sputtering technique to obtain high saturation magnetization, perpendicular magnetic anisotropy large Kerr effect. These properties are very important for realization of performance devices driven by electric field.
